About the Movement Challenge

Your challenge is to complete one mat Pilates class a week over 10 weeks. We all start and finish together!

Get toned, stretched and energised!

It's about setting a habit, taking the time to practice and improve and dedicating some time to you.

Each week will have a theme and you will build on what you have learnt the previous week. Find out more about our classes
