About the Movement Challenge

The challenge is to complete one mat Pilates class each week over the 10 weeks. We all start and finish together!

Get toned, stretched and energised! Benefits include increased flexibility, improved posture and decreased back and neck pain.

It's about setting a habit, taking the time to practice and improve and most importantly dedicating some time to you. 

Each week will have a theme and you will build on what you have learnt the previous week. Find out more about our classes

Start from 8 Oct and finish 14 December 2018 (precise dates will depend on the classes you book).

How to get involved 

1. Purchase your block of 10 classes, one class a week. 

New clients: Purchase five classes for $70 and receive five classes free. Valued at $200. Limited places!

Ongoing clients: Purchase ten classes for $140, $14 per class. Valued at $200. Receive 20% off a Private Studio Pilates class

2. Schedule your preferred classes over the 10 weeks during the challenge dates. You're set to go! 

What if I can't make it one week?

You have the flexibility to attend a different class on another date to make up a class. If you cancel 12 hours before the scheduled class the credit will remain on your account for you to schedule and attend another class before 14 December 2018. 

Classes are discounted to reward you for making the commitment to do all of your classes in the 10 weeks. If you can not make it to one class a week and need more flexibility there are other packages available. 

All term 4 classes will be held indoors at 8 Rutland St, Newtown.

Monday 6pm

Tuesday 5.30pm

Class level

The class is suitable for all levels of experience including beginners. You will be introduced to new exercises and progress to a more challenging workout over the 10 weeks. To cater to varying abilities, individual instructions will be given so that everyone can work at their own level. Personalised attention will be given to you to ensure you are comfortable and getting the most out of the class. Classes are suitable for people without injuries. 

Conditions

Strictly no refunds or transfers of credit. Class credit (including free classes) must be used during the term dates. Non-refundable or transferable between individuals. Strictly no extensions. Limited spots available in each class.
