Foam Roller Pilates Workshop

Learn a variety of fantastic mobilising, massaging and strengthening exercises with a take home booklet included.

Time: 1.5 hr.

Cost: $25 (BYO 90cm foam roller) or $60 (includes foam roller to keep).

Hip Flexibility Acceleration Workshop

  • Learn a new stretching technique with accelerated results.
  • Hip stretching program with over twenty exercises.

Free Stretching & Mobilising Classes

Slow, steady, stretchy class. 

Attend free ongoing. Classes are scheduled for Tuesday 5pm during Jan and Feb 2019. Classes run for 30 minutes.

Improve your flexibility, mobility and posture. Increase energy and experience a sense of tranquility. Reduce stress, aches and pains.

Bring your own exercise mat or towel to lie on. Suitable for people free of injuries.
