It's about setting a habit, taking the time to practice and improve and dedicating some time to you.
Each week will have a theme and you will build on what you have learnt the previous week. Find out more about our classes.
Start Tues 16 July and finish Tues 17 Sep 2019. The class is held every Tuesday at 5.30pm.
How to get involved
1. Purchase your block of 10 classes, one class a week.
New clients: Purchase seven classes for $98 and receive three classes free. Valued at $200.
Ongoing clients: Purchase ten classes for $140, $14 per class. Valued at $200.
2. Schedule your preferred classes over the 10 weeks during the challenge dates. You're set to go!
Note: Classes expire at the end of the term. See below for an option with a longer expiry date if needed.
Flexible options (if you miss one or more classes)
Option 1 (if you miss one class) - make up one mat class with a Pilates semi private studio class (valued at $30) for no extra cost on a Thursday night.
You will need to cancel your mat class 12 hours before the scheduled class and attend the make up class before 28 June 2019.
Option 2 (if you miss more than one class)- Purchase the Mat 10 class pass instead for $170 to be used over 5 months.
All term 2 classes will be held indoors at Everyday Independence, 8 Rutland St, Newtown.
The class is suitable for all levels of experience including beginners. You will be introduced to new exercises and progress to a more challenging workout over the weeks. To cater to varying abilities, individual instructions will be given so that everyone can work at their own level. Personalised attention will be given to you to ensure you are comfortable and getting the most out of the class. Classes are suitable for people without injuries.
